- By ordering any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
- By placing an order with TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc., you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
- All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. as responsible for the personal information.
- The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase if they apply.
- Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
- Please note that local charges (taxes) may occur.
- All props and decorations are the property of TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. and are not to be sold.
- All candies remaining on table after the event are to be given to the purchaser.
- Cancellations are needed 48 hours before event and 10% cancellation fee
Notes any changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you. The information you provide is only available to TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. to delete or correct the information held about you.
$200 retainer fee down payment is needed to secure a date of your event. Remaining payment is due 14 days prior to the day of the event in check form or by credit card.
All candies remain TJ's Candy Buffet, Inc. property until full payment is made. The props & decorations are property of TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. and are used for the sole purpose of renting only. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase if applicable.
All transfers conducted through TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Cancellation: You may cancel the Candy Buffet rental for any reason at any time up to (4) calendar weeks before the scheduled rental date. At that time, the contract will be null and void, but in that event, you will forfeit your Retainer Fee. If you reschedule your event within six months of your cancellation date, your Retainer Fee will not be forfeited but will be applied toward your next event.
Please note that Illinois sales tax (8.25%) will be added to the final billing. If your organization is non-taxable, please provide us with a copy of your Tax letter before invoicing.
The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.
The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On TJ's Candy Buffets, Inc. we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.

FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
TO: TJ’s CANDY BUFFETS, INC./ITS OFFICERS/DIRECTORS/SHAREHOLDERS (THE “COMPANY”).
SUBJECT MATTER: COMMON FOOD ALLERGIES OF FOOD CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS.
WARNING/ EXPRESS DISCLAIMER: SOME FOODS AS MAY BE PROVIDED BY OR USED IN FOOD CATERING AND SOLD FOR CONSUMPTION TO FOOD CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS BY THE ABOVE-IDENTIFIED FOOD CATERING COMPANY, MAY CONTAIN FOODS AND/OR FOOD PRODUCTS COMMONL KNOWN TO CAUSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS TO SOME CONSUMERS, SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PEANUTS, NUTS, GLUTEN, DAIRY PRODUCTS, AND OTHER FOODS OR INGREDIENTS TO WHICH CONSUMERS/CUSTOMERS ARE OR MAY BE ALLERGIC, AND MAY RESULT IN MINOR OR MAJOR ADVERSE ALLERGIC REACTIONS, AND FOR WHICH THE COMPANY PROVIDES THIS EXPRESS DISCLAIMER FOR ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY THEREFORE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY PAIN AND/OR SUFFERING, ILLNESS OR DISEASE, OR COSTS OR EXPENSE, OR ATTORNEY’S FEES, AS MAY ARISE OR RESULT FROM SUCH ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR EVENTS AS MAY BE SUFFERED BY THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER ARISING FROM ANY KNOWN OR UNKNOWN FOOD ALLERGIES, ALLERGIC CONSEQUENCES AND RESULTING TREATMENTS, OR FROM CONSUMPTION OF SUCH FOODS OR FOOD PRODUCTS TO WHICH THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER IS OR MAY BE ALLERGIC.
EXPRESS WAIVER/RELEASE/RELINQUISH OF RIGHTS OR INTERESTS TO CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY: THEREFORE, BY THESE PREMISES, THE UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY DOES HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE, RELEASE AND RELINQUISH, AND HOLD THE COMPANY INDEMNIFIED WITH RESPECT TO INCURRED COSTS AND/OR ATTORNEY’S FEES IN THE DEFENSE OF, ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO MAKE, FILE OR PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST THE FOOD CATERING COMPANY, AS AND FOR THE OCCURRENCE OF ADVERSE FOOD ALLERGIES, TREATMENTS RESULTING FROM FOOD ALLERGIES, RESULTING ILLNESSES, PERSONAL HEALTH DAMAGES AND/OR DISEASE INCLUDING PAIN AND SUFFERING, AS MAY ARISE OUT OF OR BY REASON OF, OR RESULT FROM THE CUSTOMERS OWN FOOD ALLERGIES, AND/OR ADVERSE REACTIONS TO EATING OR CONSUMING FOODS AND/OR FOOD PRODUCTS OR PROCESSED FOODS, WHICH ARE OTHERWISE HEALTHY AND SAFE FOR CONSUMPTION BY NON-ALLERGIC CUSTOMERS, BUT NEVERTHELESS MAY CONTAIN INGREDIENTS, OR FOOD COMPOSITIONS , TO WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS ALLERGIC, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN TO THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER, AND THAT THE CONSUMER/CUSTOMER SHALL BEAR AND ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALLERCIC REACTIONS TO CONSUMPTION OF SUCH FOOD PROVIDED BY THE AFORESAID FOOD CATERING COMPANY.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned consumer/customer agrees, acknowledges, and accepts the Company’s Disclaimer and gives its/their express waiver and release as to allergic reactions to consumption of foods to which the consumer/customer is or may be allergic, on this __ day of _______________, 20___.
